Snowball Bazaar

BENNINGTON- The Second Congregational Church, UCC,115 Hillside Street, will hold its 70th annual Snowball Bazaar on Friday, November 30, from 5 to 8 pm, and Saturday, December 1, from 9:30 am to 3 pm.
There will be fresh, fragrant, and beautifully hand decorated wreaths and centerpieces.  The Serendipity Treasure Chest sale will have  six large rooms filled to the brim with clean, gently used items as well as books, tools, jewelry, dishes, toys, small appliances, clothes, and even Christmas items. The “Pet-purri” section has a variety of handmade pet items including dog toys, treats, beds, catnip toys, chasers, and more. For wildlife lovers, there are handmade birdseed wreaths. For those who like a challenge, there will be a chance to win a dinner for two at a local restaurant and a silent auction, featuring goods and services donated by area businesses.  The bazaar also features a large bake sale of scrumptious homemade baked goods and candies.  Friday night will a feature homemade dessert social with the same on Saturday after a delicious homemade luncheon.
