Relaunch a wonderful event
To the Editor:
What a wonderful event last week at Memorial Hall.
It was a beautiful evening, and when I walked in a large crowd was taking advantage of the scrumptious buffet and open bar inside.
Local musician Logan Boyd opened the program by singing some of his own compositions, one of which was especially poignant, about hurricane Irene in 2011.
Then Jill Sachs performed her own songs also, with Chris Mays adding melodies between the verses.
