Vote yes for solar array project on Wilmington Public Safety Building

To the Editor:
I’m writing to ask Wilmington voters to support a YES vote on the Australian ballot question at Town Meeting on March 3, 2026, to fund a proposed solar array for Wilmington’s Public Safety Building.
This project, developed by the Wilmington Energy Committee, is a practical investment that will save taxpayers significant money while providing clean, reliable electricity for decades. Over its expected 25-year lifespan, the solar array is projected to reduce the town’s electric costs by at least $30,000 annually.
