WILMINGTON—Warm aromas and the sounds of sizzling fooACd fill TT’s Kitchen. At the stove, Chef Therese “TT” Peterkin Marek and her husband, Anthony Marek, prepare a meal of TT’s Authentic Jerked Chicken, a side of Rasta vegetables, Jamaican rice and beans, and grilled plantains.
Peterkin Marek said she loves to spoil her friends with her cooking.
