TV principals: finding the right employees is a challenge
WILMINGTON—The principals of the two Twin Valley schools described their challenges looking for new or replacement employees during the summer season, and reported mixed success in finding the right candidates.
Twin Valley Middle High School Principal Jonathan Cavallo and Twin Valley Elementary School Principal Kristin Capezio told the district’s board on Tuesday that it can be hard to find the right staff for the salaries the district offers.
