WILMINGTON—Owners of dozens of rental homes in the Chimney Hill complex are claiming their properties sleep more people than their septic systems can handle, threatening to contaminate drinking water with fecal matter in the community and throughout Wilmington, according to a presentation to the Wilmington Selectboard by Chimney Hill Owners Association board members on February 17.
