Woman charged with violating conditions
JAMAICA- Police arrested Heidi Dlubac, 53, of Jamaica, after they investigated a report of a disturbance at a local residence. Police say their investigation determined that Dlubac had violated several of her active conditions of release on a previous charge. She was arrested for the violations and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing. Dlubac was issued a criminal citation and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility on a cash surety bond of $1,000.
