Shaftsbury man charged with DUI
WILMINGTON- Police stopped a vehicle for speeding and failing to maintain its lane of travel on East Main Street at about 11:33 pm on Sunday, September 3. According to police, the officer detected signs of impairment and screened the driver, Jacob Borden, 22, of Shaftsbury, who was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Borden was cited to appear in Windham Criminal Court to answer the charge.
