New ski shop owner wants to create a community hub

DOVER — With a smiling sun peeking out of the corner of its sign, the new retail and ski shop Mount Snow Ski Werks hopes to be known as the friendliest retail store along Route 100. Co-owner Dave Buckley said he envisions the store, which opened early last month, to be a hub for community members to “come and hang out” or buy and demo skis.
