Hermitage Club announces new director and manager

WILMINGTON- The Hermitage Club at Haystack Mountain has named Joshua DeBottis as the club’s incoming executive director and general manager, effective August 2025. DeBottis will succeed ski industry veteran Bill Benneyan, who joined The Hermitage Club in 2020 and oversaw its successful transformation into a member-owned, private mountain club.
Benneyan will continue to serve in an advisory capacity for the 2025-2026 season.
