Poetry event at Brooks Memorial celebrates many forms of love in verse

James Crews and Brad Peacock

BRATTLEBORO - The Brooks Memorial Library, 224 Main Street, presents “Poetry Out in the Open: An Evening of Tenderness & Belonging,” on Wednesday, October 29, at 5:30 pm.
This will be an opportunity to celebrate poems of hope and warmth—especially now, when those qualities can feel hard to find.
Join James Crews and Brad Peacock, co-editors, for an evening of poetry, conversation, and connection. Crews and Peacock will share poems about love in its many forms—romantic love, self-love, family and friend love, as well as reverence for the natural world.
