After 14 years on board, Richter turns in last assignment

WILMINGTON- Just as the Twin Valley High School in Wilmington was going to change hands, transitioning from a school district-owned building to an OSEC facility that would soon become the Old School Community Center, the Twin Valley School Board held an alumni night there. Barbecue was served, guest speakers were brought in, and Peter “Fish” Case, a Wilmington High School alumnus and local DJ, emceed the event.
This celebration was the brainchild of board member Dennis Richter, who finished his 14-year tenure on the board last week.
