Learning to write in the Deerfield Valley
To the Editor:
I began writing newsletters for my community of Bears Crossing in the late 1980s and 1990s. Someone at The Deerfield Valley News read my newsletter and suggested to Randy Capitani, the paper’s owner, that I write news articles about being a second-home owner in the valley. I took to it vehemently because I loved writing about my second home in Vermont.
