An open letter to Rep. Emily Kornheiser:
I’m writing to you as an educator for over 30 years, and as a Goddard College alumnus, to you as a Marlboro College alumna, to express my deep dismay at your education plan, one that seemly targets poor rural towns such as mine, Concord, while you’re playing into anti-Vermonter, anti-education Republican party values and talking points.
