Immigration certainly dominates the news these days, yet all Pam Baker can do is excoriate Rep. Becca Balint for an offensive remark. Ms. Baker then follows up with her own misleading summary of our current immigration law, the US Immigration and Nationality Act, enacted in 1952. For more than 60 years this is the law that has governed the legal framework for people who want to emigrate to America.
