WILMINGTON - 2026 will be a year of change at the MOOver, also known as Southeast Vermont Transit. CEO Randy Schoonmaker, who has been with SEVT since its inception, will retire on June 30, 2026. On July 1, 2026, current general manager Christine Howe will assume the role of CEO. The pair of outgoing and incoming CEOs sat down with The Deerfield Valley News this week to reflect on their time working together and to talk about the future of the company as it moves through its upcoming leadership transition.
