DOVER- Leaf peepers and mountain bikers looking to take in the view from the top of Mount Snow during the foliage season or take a run down a bike trail will have to get there the old-fashioned way.  That means hiking or pedal power. That’s because the mountain announced late last month they had to shut down the Bluebird Express six-passenger chairlift and the Canyon quad chairlift due to recently discovered maintenance requirements.
