Vermont expects $500 million from Rural Health Transformation Fund for infrastructure

MONTPELIER - State officials are in the process of preparing an application for a federal funding opportunity called the Rural Health Transformation Fund. The state expects that, starting in 2026, it will access at least $500 million over five years to improve rural health care infrastructure in Vermont.
