Whitingham’s long-awaited culvert construction will limit public access for one month

JACKSONVILLE — The long-awaited replacement of the Whitingham Municipal Center culvert is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 6. The construction has been rescheduled twice this fall, leaving the town unsure how the project will take shape after waiting 13 years for the replacement, according to Whitingham Selectboard Administrator Gig Zboray.
