Wilmington, Dover selectboards approve marketing budget for 2026

WILMINGTON—The bitown tourism marketing campaign will receive almost $250,000 for operations in 2026, about $2,000 more than this year, after the selectboards of Wilmington and Dover each voted to approve funding on Tuesday.
The ongoing marketing campaign of the Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley Chamber of Commerce will get $229,526, split between the two towns. The 2026 request is $16,250 lower than it would have been because of a carry-over from this year.
