Driver charged in crash
NEWFANE- Vermont State Police were dispatched to Wiswall Hill Road for a report of a one-vehicle crash at about 10:28 pm on Wednesday, May 13. Police say they identified Angela Litchfield, 50, of Newfane as the driver. According to police, their investigation indicated Litchfield was under the influence of intoxicants. She was DUI refusal, and processed at the Westminster State Police Barracks. Litchfield was released with a citation to appear in Windham Criminal Court to answer the charge.
