BMAC to host Gordon Hayward, garden designer, author

On Saturday, April 25, at 5:30 pm, nationally recognized garden writer, designer, and lecturer Gordon Hayward will discuss how visual art, architecture, and place inspire garden design.

The talk will take place at the Brattleboro Museum & Art Center (BMAC), 10 Vernon Street.

Hayward has been designing gardens professionally from southern Vermont since 1985, with particular emphasis on gardens in the northeast, as well as the eastern shore of Maryland.

Hayward has authored 11 books on garden design, two of which have won national awards.
