Free Fishing Weekend is here

This Labor Day Weekend is Free Mentored Fishing Weekend in Vermont, when experienced anglers will have a special chance to share the enjoyment of fishing. A licensed angler to take up to four unlicensed anglers who are 15 years old or older out fishing from Saturday, September 5 through Monday, September 7. Children under 15 can already fish for free in Vermont, and Free Mentored Fishing Weekend gives adults who have never fished, or have not fished since childhood, an easy way to try the sport.
