Year-over-year for-sale count increased by 31.33%, year-over-year median sale price rose by 6.01%, year-over-year days on market increased by 10.48%, and year-over-year price per square foot advanced by 3.24%.

Windham County sellers can target a median listing price of $529,000 across 468 homes currently for sale.
Month-over-month, Windham County saw 9.54% fewer new listings, the median listing price rose 5.80%, the median days on market increased 22.11%, and the price per square foot rose 0.79%.
