To the Editor:
Wilmington’s Town Meeting is almost here. For me it is the unofficial start of spring and an important day for me as a community member and a citizen.
It’s a time when we gather to look over our town’s finances and achievements and to look ahead to the coming year. We meet face-to-face with our elected officials and department heads to question, thank, and maybe throw out a suggestion or two. It’s a time to learn more about how our town works, to listen to others, and to give your input and ideas.
