Lots of questions, no answers yet on bridge rebuild

WILMINGTON - On Wednesday, October 23, the team currently working on construction plans for the rebuilding of Bridge 31, located on West Main Street at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 100 in Wilmington village, gave a presentation at Valley Craft Ales. 
In 2011, Tropical Storm Irene caused significant damage to downtown and the bridge. The bridge has deteriorating concrete throughout, and there’s severe decay of the deck and T-beams.
