DOVER - On Tuesday evening, voters gathered for the annual Pre-Town Meeting, a preview of what’s to come at next week’s Town Meeting. Topics discussed included a proposed raise for selectboard members, raises and staffing levels for the town’s police department, and appropriations for local organizations. In addition, the board explained a fund it hopes to establish to finish fixing the well that serves the town hall and library.
