WILMINGTON- With only about nine voters from Wilmington and Whitingham present, the Twin Valley School District annual meeting kicked off with an unusual vote – to appoint Marlboro resident Bob Fisher as school district moderator for the evening. 
Fisher, who has served as school and town moderator for several years, was reelected to the position by Australian ballot last year.  Since then, however, Fisher and his wife, former Wilmington Selectboard member Sarah Fisher, moved from their Wilmington home.
