Village Garage Distillery ranks top spirits competition

At the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC), Village Garage Distillery was awarded a gold medal for its Village House Gin in the category of American Gin, and a silver medal for its Village Bourbon in the small-batch bourbon category. In addition to these accolades, Village Bonfire, the distillery’s signature smoked maple bourbon, was officially recognized by the Vermont state legislature for winning a silver medal at SFWSC in 2025.
The straight bourbon has validated the team’s mission to put Vermont whiskey on the map. All the elements of the bourbon are sourced locally, then it is distilled and aged here.
