WILMINGTON—Deerfield Valley residents who want to know more about their right to vote in the upcoming fall elections will hear from the town clerks of Wilmington, Dover, and Whitingham at a public meeting on voting rights at 7 pm at Memorial Hall, on Wednesday, September 30.
