Matthew Barlow

WILMINGTON—In Wilmington’s former fire house, Matthew Barlow is getting ready to welcome his first local clients who are seeking help with substance use disorders.
On Monday, October 26, Barlow will officially open the Wilmington branch of Turning Point, a Brattleboro-based group that works with addicted people who want to reclaim their lives, and want the help of an expert group to do so.
