WILMINGTON—The Twin Valley boys’ soccer team’s season came to an end on Wednesday with a 4-0 loss to No. 3 Arlington in the Division 4 semifinals.
“It was just one of those nights,” said Twin Valley head coach Buddy Hayford. “This is only the second time this year we’ve been shutout. The effort was good. No complaints on the effort at all. It’s just Arlington played well. They played very well defensively.”
