HALIFAX – Voters raised questions about highway department spending, trust in their town leaders, and how to audit the town’s books during a lengthy informational meeting Wednesday evening. It was the second of two call-in remote meetings. The first was held Tuesday evening and featured a candidates’ forum and discussion about the selectboard’s budget.
