Additional sexual assault charges filed
BRATTLEBORO- A West Dover man was ordered held without bail after prosecutors filed four additional charges of sexual assault of a minor against him.
Clifford Turpin, 75, was already facing four previous charges connected to the sexual assault of a minor, following an investigation by Dover Police detectives Rebecca Morris and Richard Werner. During that investigation, detectives learned that another juvenile had been allegedly assaulted. Morris met with the alleged victim in late May.
