NEWFANE - The Moore Free Library will host a local author talk and reading with Robert Goodby, Thursday, October 28, at 7 pm.
Goodby, a professor of anthropology at Franklin Pierce University, will give a presentation drawing from his newly-published book “A Deep Presence: 13,000 Years of Native American History.” The book tells the story of the native Abenaki people of what is now southern Vermont and New Hampshire.
Refreshments will be served. The library asks that all attendees wear a mask while inside the building. For more information visit http://www.moorefreelibrary.org.
