Fall in love, love the fall

Nicki Steel’s fall photography, like this photo of Lake Sadawga, will be shown at Bartleby’s through February.

WILMINGTON - Bartleby’s Books will be hosting its annual show of Nicki Steel’s photography throughout the month of February.
This year’s show is entitled: “Fall in Love ~ Love the Fall.” Steel’s show will focus on her “Hearts in Nature” series as well as new works. Most of the framed pieces will feature photos taken this past fall, including two on canvas. Fall photos include white birches set against fall foliage, a single leaf floating in the water, Lake Sadawga, Wilmington Village, and the Dummerston Covered Bridge. The show is a celebration of love and also a selection of photos which highlight landscapes and scenery from the Deerfield Valley, all at Bartleby’s this month.
She will be featuring her traditional cards, mini-matted pieces, and framed enlargements, in addition to some new items. There will also be four different sets of coasters and box sets of smaller cards: “Winter Birds,” “Hearts in Nature,” and “Loons of the Northern Lakes.” Call (802) 464-5425 or email bartbookvt@gmail.com for details.
Bartleby’s Books is located at 17 West Main Street and is open daily 10 am to 6 pm. For more information contact the store by phone, by email or visit myvermontbookstore.com.
