End Homelessness Vermont is extremely alarmed and concerned for our clients after reading President Trump’s recent executive order titled “Ending Crime and Disorder on America’s Streets,” issued July 24.
In it, Trump mandates forced institutionalization of people experiencing homelessness and living with disabilities.
