Broadband business plan shows phased rollout
WINDHAM COUNTY - On Wednesday, October 7, Windham Regional Commission held a virtual presentation about the business plan it created through a Broadband Innovation Grant. The study, which happened in two phases over several months, was geared at understanding the feasibility of a countywide communication union district and how to implement it.
