WILMINGTON - The Wilmington Trail Committee (WTC) would like to inform the public that the construction project for renovating the Hoot, Toot & Whistle Trail will continue through October.
The trail is a cornerstone of the downtown Wilmington community and an important link in the town’s trail network. WTC is seeking trail users’ help, by continuing to respect the “TRAIL CLOSED” signs and staying off the trail, which is an active construction site, until further notice.
Trail users are advised to hike on alternate trails during this period.
