Hermitage faces involuntary bankruptcy

BURLINGTON- A trio of creditors filed a petition for involuntary bankruptcy against Hermitage Inn Real Estate Holding Company in federal bankruptcy court Wednesday. 
According to court documents, former Hermitage membership sales contractor Bobbi Resek, former chief financial officer Dan Solaz, and Lakeland Bank filed the action, claiming the Hermitage owes them a combined total of $699,147.64.
