Uman Trio takes Thrush Hill Stage

MARLBORO - Composer and pianist Eugene Uman will perform with double bassist Steve Cady and drummer Jon Fisher at Thrush Hill Stage, 314 Upper Houghton Road, on Thursday, October 16, at 7 pm. The Eugene Uman Trio blends music that is innovative, exploratory, and accessible. Leader Uman uses this group to present his own original compositions. Also featured are the compositions of bassist Steve Cady, the director of the Keene Jazz Orchestra. This concert also debuts an 1883 Steinway grand piano recently restored by Brattleboro piano technician John Dwyer.
