Sometimes it takes a view from afar to figure out the best way to move forward through difficult situations. That would appear to be the case with the Windham Southwest Supervisory Union.  
It took an outside consultant to come in and honestly identify the problems faced by supervisory union.  As Mike Eldred reported a couple of weeks ago, consultant and acting superintendent Kevin Dirth gave a frank, honest assessment of how the supervisory union went off the rails during the past few years.
