10 years ago:
Lamoureaux & Dickinson, an engineering consultant hired by the town of Dover, presented plans for a landscaped village “gateway” with traffic calming and parking along Route 100.  The firm also proposed a parking redesign and landscaping at Dover Town Hall and the Dover Free Library building.  The town hall plan also included the construction of a simple amphitheater for use of library patrons and children participating in educational programs.
