Late-inning run lifts Raptors over ‘Cats

ORFORD, NH- The Twin Valley varsity baseball team lost a tight game with the Rivendell Raptors Wednesday afternoon. The Raptors scored the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning on a sacrifice fly.   
Twin Valley had tied the game at five in the top of the seventh.  Seth Wrathall doubled with two out, then Colton Corey singled to drive him home.
Corey also got the start on the mound. He pitched five strong innings, and had eight strikouts.
Max Nido pitched the sixth and seventh innings.
