MANCHESTER - Twin Valley High School sophomore Bennett “Benny” Gerding recently competed in his first powerlifting competition in Manchester, where he broke several records. With the accomplishment of his first competition behind him, Gerding hopes to broaden his expertise in the sport, continue to train, and continue to compete.
