Board approves zoning revisions

WILMINGTON - At a reconvened public hearing on Tuesday, April 3, the Wilmington Selectboard voted to approve a revised version of zoning ordinance amendments. At a previous meeting on Tuesday, March 12, the selectboard voted to adjourn the hearing based on debate from the public.
The term “lodging” was removed from the residential district. Under permitted use, short-term rentals are listed as four or fewer guest bedrooms. Under conditional use, STRs are five or more guest rooms.
