DOVER - The Dover Selectboard denied an economic development funding request for GPS units for the town’s trails system on Tuesday, despite all board members present saying that they believed the units are necessary and should be purchased. In a separate matter, vice chair Vicki Capitani, who was acting as chair in the absence of Josh Cohen, reported that Wilmington was exploring the idea of approaching Dover about regional policing.
