Board pushes off zoning decision

WILMINGTON - The Wilmington Selectboard held a public hearing on zoning ordinance amendments on Tuesday, March 12. The selectboard planned to possibly approve the zoning ordinances, but after public discussion, decided to change the date to April 2 at 5:30 pm.
As it is now in the proposed ordinance, short-term rentals are defined as rentals for fewer than 30 days per stay, rented for 15 or more days in any one calender year. STRs require a lodging use zoning permit unless exempted.
