Cannabis revote information session scheduled for May 5

WILMINGTON- The Wilmington Selectboard set a date for their special Town Meeting at their regular meeting Tuesday evening. They also discussed a funding request from the Community Garden and a change in the town’s trail agreement with Great River Hydro.
Article 20 of this year’s Town Meeting warning, “Shall the town authorize cannabis retailers in town pursuant to 7 V.S.A. § 863?” was petitioned for a revote. The revote will take place Tuesday, May 10. The polls will be open from 7 am to 7 pm, at the Old School Community Center, 1 School Street.
