Changes at sewer district said to be easier, more equitable

DOVER - Jon Prial, member of the North Branch Fire District prudential committee, told The Deerfield Valley News this week that changes to the district’s operations have been made in an effort to simplify systems and boost equitability for users.
Prial, who is a retired technology programmer, has owned a condo in the valley since 1986 and made the valley his permanent home in 2012. In conversation, Prial refers to his membership on the North Branch prudential committee as a “project” — a project that, he says, has been fun and satisfying.
